We are about sharing experiences and knowledge, Social Networking [For REAL], Gaining Awareness, Learning New Skills, Exercising your Mind, Help yourself and others and providing an opportunity for Change.
All workshops are held on a Thursday and
start at 11:00 and finish at 14:00.
The course are as follows:
20th June: A personal insight into Stress Triggers and Mindfulness techniques
27th June: Sleep – Managing your Sleep Routine, Patterns and Environment.
04th July: Diet & Lifestyle – How it impacts on Health & Wellbeing
